OIL AND GAS
Actemium Balikpapan has been awarded a contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of electrical, instrumentation and control system works including commissioning at the offshore Platform of PECIKO 8A operated by Pertamina Hulu Mahakam. These new facilities allows Pertamina to boost production at aging gas fields.
MINING
Actemium Balikpapan has signed a subcontract with the general contractor Petrosea for the installation of electrical and instrument equipment in connection with an upgrade of the conveyor systems at the Kideco mine plant site located in Kalimantan. The scope of works include the installation of cables, conveyor safety devices, LV panels and lighting system as well as commissioning assistance.
PULP AND PAPER
Actemium Contracting Indonesia was awarded a contract for the supply and installation of an HVAC system for the electrical rooms of various technical buildings. The project will be delivered in 11 months.
Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) is one of the largest pulps & paper producers in the world. Its mill and plantation operations are located in the Riau Province, on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. The company is currently producing 2.8 million tons of pulp and 1.15 million tons of paper per year while managing 1,000,000 hectares of land, 480,000 of which are used for plantations.
RAPP is currently building a fourth pulp production line with an annual additional capacity of 1,000,000 tons.
FLAVOUR AND FRAGRANCES
Actemium Contracting Indonesia has secured a contract with Givaudan, the world leader in flavor and fragrance manufacturing, for the expansion of its existing factory located in Depok, 30 km south of Jakarta. This multi-discipline contract includes civil, building and plumbing works, fire suppression upgrade as well as electrical and control modifications. The general contracting works should be delivered in 16 months
CEMENT
Indocement, the local subsidiary of the cement company Heidelberg and one of the largest cement producers in Indonesia, has awarded a contract to Actemium Contracting Indonesia for the electrical and automation works related to the replacement of a dust collector system. The project will be delivered in 10 months.
WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
Actemium Systems Indonesia is delivering the control, process automation and power distribution systems for the West Semarang Water Treatment Plant project. The aim of the project is to widen the water access for the population and to deliver drinking water for 31 urban villages (an estimated 60.000 families), thereby reducing groundwater pumping in Semarang city. The works, carried out on behalf of Veolia Water Technologies.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Actemium Systems Indonesia executed the electrical & instrumentation works for the filling and packing lines of a large F&B MNC’s new factory in Central Java. This new greenfield factory will produce beverage products.
